SEALING FAN DEVICE AND AIR CONDITIONING FACILITY USING IT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealing fan device having excellent functional property to keep satisfactory indoor environment and to provide air conditioning facility capable of providing excellent comfortableness and high energy saving effect using the sealing fan device.

SOLUTION: This sealing fan device is provided with a propeller type sealing fan 10b arranged in a ceiling part in a zone Z for air conditioning by placing a rotary shaft core longitudinally and an exhaust port 9 for the zone for air conditioning arranged on a rear face side of the sealing fan 10b in ceiling parts 8a, 8b. The sealing fan 10b is formed into a fan capable of switching forward rotation operation for feeding air downward and reverse rotation operation for feeding air upward. Preferably, blow-out ports 4a, 4b for air for air conditioning are arranged in a floor part in the zone Z for air conditioning to constitute the air conditioning facility.
