<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a beverage pack position holding apparatus etc. which holds a beverage pack at a rational position in a beverage container, and with which the beverage pack can surely be taken out from the beverage container any time. <P>SOLUTION: The beverage pack position holding apparatus consists of an engaging part 2, a suspending part 3 and a fitting part 4. In the holding apparatus, the beverage pack P containing a matter to be infiltrated is attachably and detachably fitted to the suspending part 3 by the fitting part 4. When the holding device is fitted to the beverage container B, the engaging part 2 is engaged to the whole surface of the upper end edge 6 of the mouth part 5 of the beverage container B, and the beverage pack P suspended from this engaging part 2 is positioned at a prescribed distance under the liquid surface of a liquid in the beverage container B.
