摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrical conductivity-imparting agent which has high electrical conductivity and flexibility, suffers from no exudation of an ionic electrically conductive agent by bleeding and is excellent in long-term stability, and an electrically conductive material. SOLUTION: The electrical conductivity-imparting agent comprises an ionic electrically conductive agent comprising a spiro-ammonium compound salt represented by general formula [1] (wherein X and Y are each a 1-4C alkyl group and they may be the same or different each other; k and i are each 0 or a positive integer of 1-4; n and m are each a positive integer of 3-7; and A is an acid component), or comprises the ionic electrically conductive agent and at least one selected from the group consisting of a terminal hydroxyl group-containing polyether polyol, a terminal hydroxyl group-containing polyalkylene glycol, a graft copolymer comprised of a terminal hydroxyl group-containing polyethylene main chain and a polyalkylene oxide.
