PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively reduce a magnetic field (magnetic flux) leaking to the outside of a rice cooker and to provide a small-sized, light-weight and inexpensive rice cooker. SOLUTION: This rice cooker is provided with: a main body; a container which is housed inside the main body and can freely be attached and detached; and a lid body which can be freely opened and closed and covers the main body. The main body is provided with: a protective frame for housing the container; a heating coil attached to the protective frame for induction-heating the container; and one or plurality of conductive loop wires disposed on the outer side and/or lower part of the heating coil.
