PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioner for a vehicle for reducing noise according to disturbance of an air flow. SOLUTION: A straightening grid 30 is provided at a portion for converting the air flow in mid-way of an air passage 23 by about 180°or in the vicinity. As a result, disturbance of the air flow can be suppressed in mid-way of the air passage 23, and thereby noise according to the disturbance of the air flow can be effectively reduced.
