PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suspension type fluid-filled vibration-proof mount of a novel structure in which vibration-proof performance to input vibration perpendicular to an axial direction is improved without having problems of deterioration of vibration-proof performance in the axial direction, or deterioration of manufacturability due to parts number increase or the like. SOLUTION: A pair of elastic narrowing projections 84 and 84 extended in a circumferential direction for shorter length than half the circumference are disposed at middle parts between mutually facing surfaces of a main body rubber elastic body 16 and a second mounting member 14 perpendicular to the axial direction.
