PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner having excellent light resistance in addition to electrostatic charge stability, environmental stability, thermal preservation stability, colorability, sharpness, transparency, and color reproducibility by color mixing with other colors. SOLUTION: The electrostatic charge image developing cyan toner contains at least a binder resin and coloring matter, in which the coloring matter is obtained by mixing a phthalocyanine blue pigment (B) not containing halogen and a benzimidazolone yellow pigment (Y) not containing halogen, and the benzimidazolone yellow pigment (Y) is mixed at a ratio of 1 to 6 parts by weight per 100 parts by weight phthalocyanine blue pigment (B).
