<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an attachment for orthodontics for easily performing orthodontic treatment in a short period of time and remarkably reducing burdens on a patient and an operator. <P>SOLUTION: This attachment 1 for the orthodontics is provided with a first attachment 2 to be attached to a tooth surface 50 and a second attachment 3 mounted on the first attachment 2 and provided with a slot 4 for housing an arch wire 60. The first attachment 2 is provided with an engaging means 5 for mounting the second attachment 3, and the second attachment 3 is provided with an engaging part 6 to be engaged with the engaging means 5 of the first attachment 2. Thus, after fixing the first attachment 2 to the tooth surface, just by mounting the second attachment 3 on the first attachment 2, the arch wire 60 is fixed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
