PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatic tire capable of enhancing discharge characteristics from a wheel therethrough. SOLUTION: A tread rubber layer 7, a side wall rubber layer 8, and a rim cushion rubber layer 9 arranged in a region spreading from a tread part 1 to a bead part have a volume resistivity of 10<SP>10</SP>Ωcm or above at 20°respectively. The conductivity of a carcass layer 4 extending from the tread part 1 to the bead part 3 and a belt layer 6 buried in the tread part 1 to be contacted with the carcass layer 4 is higher than that of the rubber layers 7-9. A conductive member 12a is attached between the ground contact surface of the tread layer 7 and the belt layer 6, and a conductive member 12b is attached between the rim contact surface of the rim layer 9 and the carcass layer 4.
