PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation pattern selector device of a construction machine, easily switching a plurality of operation patterns, and easily fixing a specified operation pattern at need. SOLUTION: This operation pattern selector device of the construction machine is adapted to select an operation pattern of correspondence between operating directions of operating lever devices 38L, 38R and hydraulic actuators 16, 21, 22 and 23 and operating directions thereof. The operation pattern selector device includes: an operation pattern selector switch 57 for inputting the setting of an operation pattern by an operator; a control part 54 of a controller 40 for generating a driving signal on the basis of operating signals from the operating lever devices 38L, 38R according to the input of the setting by the operation pattern selector switch 57 and outputting the same to corresponding solenoid proportional valves 44A, 44B, 45A, 45B, 46A, 46B, 47A and 47B; and an operation pattern fixing switch 58 for inputting designation not to change the setting of the operation pattern set and inputted by the operation pattern selector switch 57 by the operator.
