PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the time required for erecting work of a slab form by eliminating the trouble of sticking a heat insulation material to the bottom of the slab, and to restrain separation of the heat insulation material from the slab concrete. SOLUTION: In this slab form 4 for forming a slab of reinforced concrete construction, a plate-like slab form base material 7 is provided on the lower part, and two or more slab main reinforcements 9 are arranged above the slab form base material 7. The slab main reinforcements 9 are suspended or supported by a spacer 8 fixed to the slab form base material 7, and the slab form base material 7 is formed of heat insulation material.
