PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remote manual operation mechanism type hand for performing desired work by a separated work part by performing remote operation by manual operation, having a bilateral transmission mechanism for allowing an operator to recognize work performed by the work part in a skin feeling, and requiring no motive power source. SOLUTION: This operation hand has a base 22, a basic hand shaft 12 having a remote manual operation part 16 and a work performing part 20 in two end parts 14 and 18 mutually separate in one shaft direction, and the bilateral transmission mechanism 30 arranged on the base 22, movably holding the basic hand shaft 12 to the base, and forming correspondence of the specific ratio between mechanical operation motion of the remote manual operation part 16 in the basic hand shaft 12 and mechanical work motion of the work performing part 20.
