PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a winding method which can elevate coil occupancy, using a stator core in the shape of an annulus which is continuous in circumferential direction, and a stator core fitted with a coil wound by the same method. SOLUTION: When winding is carried out, by shifting a winding nozzle 23 so that it moves reciprocatingly around the specified internal tooth 42 of the stator core 40, using a winder which is equipped with a lead wire introduction tube which is arranged coaxially at the center of the stator core 40 and rocks at a specified angle and also reciprocates axially and the winding nozzle 23 which is mounted at the tip of this lead wire introduction tube and veers out the lead wire in a direction perpendicular to the lead wire introduction tube. At this time, the winding nozzles 23 are attached by the portion for the number of slots of the stator core 40 radially to the lead wire inlet tube, and winding is performed simultaneously on corresponding internal teeth 42, while inserting the winding nozzles 23 into all the slots of the stator core at the same time; and winding is performed so that the lead wire may be arranged as far as in the width of a passage, where the winding nozzle is inserted within the slot.
