PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To protect electronic assets including information assets on an internal network against a cyber attack or hacking or the like from an external network. SOLUTION: A network communication system has: a light switch 8a connected to the external network 3b having low security conditions; a light switch 8b connected to the internal network 11 having high security conditions; a gateway device 9 connected through the light switches 8a, 8b to the internal network 11 and the external network 3b; and a PC (Personal Computer) 10 serving as a control means conducting the control of the connection and interruption of transmission paths to and from the light switches 8a, 8b through switch change-over signal lines 16a, 16b and communication between an internal buffer server 12 on the internal network 11, an external buffer server 7 on the external network 3b and the gateway device 9 through server control transmission lines 15a, 15b and 15c.
