PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily obtain a close-up image of an object on a plane by stabilizing the camera in an intermediate state between a folded state and an open state. SOLUTION: A portion in contact with the planes of an upper casing 1 that is a display part, and a lower casing 2 that is a key operating part, is configured to be parallel to this plane in surface-contact with this plane, so that stability is maintained. A camera 4 for imaging an object 30 on the relevant plane at such a maintained intermediate angle is provided in a turning unit 3 between the display part and the key operating part, and luminance of an indicator light is controlled to be maximum while being linked with a shutter, thereby obtaining a stable image. A distance between the object 30 and the camera is kept constant, so that the camera can use a single-focus lens and camera's structure or focal control also becomes simple. Image processing is performed by the camera to easily carry out correction processing as well, and only characters can be extracted from a name card on the basis of the captured image.
