PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a road-surface paving structure solving the problem of the case that a permeable block composed of waste molten slag or the like is utilized and ensuring excellent permeability and water retentivity while contributing to the formation of a circulation type society by increasing the use amount of the slag. SOLUTION: The paved road-surface structure is composed of a constitution in which a backing layer 2, on which a granular material is laminated, is arranged to the upper section of a roadbed 1 and the permeable blocks 3, on which the granular material is bound, are laid on the upper section of the backing layer 2. At least one kind of slag selected from the molten slag of sewage sludge, the molten slag of dust and steel slag is used as the granular material of the backing layer 2 and the granular material of the blocks 3, respectively.
