PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support a rear end side in a paper feeding direction without using a special tray, even when feeding a long receipt. SOLUTION: The paper sheet feeding device comprises a first paper feeding portion 11 placing the receipt 6 on a hopper table 4 and feeding the receipt placed on the hopper table 4; and a manual paper feeding portion 17 manually inserting and feeding a long receipt 6a that is longer than the receipt 6 in length in the feeding direction. The long receipt 6a manually inserted in the manual paper feeding portion 17 is supported by the hopper table 4 of the first paper feeding portion 11 at the rear end side in the paper feeding direction.
