PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fire- and hazard-preventing tool for a cigarette by utilizing non-flammable paper, capable of not only reducing the number of fires caused by mismanagement in burning the cigarettes but also preventing burns, the scorch of clothes, etc., caused by scattering the sparks of fire. SOLUTION: This fire- and hazard-preventing tool is provided by wrapping non-flammable paper 2 so as to cover the tobacco leaf 3 of burning part of the cigarette and paper 4 for fixing the leaf to eliminate the exposure of fire. Also by opening many holes 1 on the non-flammable paper 2, conventional burning effect does not inhibited since ventilation becomes better and it becomes possible to take air in. By bonding the non-flammable paper 5 cut out as a donut shape, at the tip end of the burning part 3, it is possible to prevent the sparks of fire and ash after burning from falling down.
