RECORDING MATERIAL FOR USE IN ELECTROPHOTOGRAPHY USING LIQUID TONER

A recording material for use in the electrophotography using a liquid toner, which comprises a paper substrate having no pigment coating layer and, applied on at least one surface thereof in a coating amount of 0.15 to 0.8 g/m<2>, a polyethyleneimine based resin as an agent for improving the fixation of a toner, and preferably has a Bekk smoothness degree of 30 to 200 seconds and a friction coefficient of 0.40 to 0.75. The recording material is free from troubles in the transport within a recording device, exhibits good fixation of a toner, is capable of recording a clear recording image, and can be recycled after use with ease.
