PURPOSE: A power generating device using wind force, magnetic force and a lever is provided to generate power with light wind regardless of place and increase the rotation of a windmill by using permanent magnets and levers. CONSTITUTION: A power generating device using wind force, magnetic force and a lever includes a lever(7) of which an end is connected to a crank shaft(6) eccentrically and the other end is connected to a surface of a one-way clutch(14) eccentrically. A plurality of magnets(10) are integrally formed with a first flywheel(12). The first flywheel is interposed between a pair of second flywheels(11) and connected to a chain(13) by a sprocket(15) connected to the first flywheel, so that the flywheel operates in association with the one-way clutch. |
