PURPOSE: A low-floor vehicle is provided to facilitate a control of a passage optimizing the gas amount and temperature of the exhaust wind of a radiator discharged from an exhaust wind port, to improve the weight balance of the vehicle, to shorten a pipe from the radiator to an engine, and to increase the freedom degree of the pipe. CONSTITUTION: In a low-floor vehicle(10) like two or three-wheeled vehicles, a receiving space(59) is supplied under a seat(58). Left and right low floors(73) on which feet of a driver sitting on the seat are put are arranged in the front side of the seat. A hanging unit(78) is disposed between the low floors at a height that feet of the driver are put on. An engine(100) is mounted under the hanging unit. A crankshaft(103) of the engine is installed under the hanging unit. An upper part of a cylinder(101) faces the hanging unit.
