<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To promote efficiency of work for supplying an article used by each department in a company to prevent troubles such as lack of stock and a delivery delay. <P>SOLUTION: In this system for receiving and placing order, an order for the article is placed by a terminal of the head office from an external supplier with the terminal connected with a network, delivery of the ordered article is identified by the terminal of the head office, and warehousing information of the article stocked in a logistics warehouse is registered in a database as inventory information. Further in the system for receiving and placing order, the inventory information registered in the database is confirmed by the terminal of the department, the order for the article stocked in the logistics warehouse is placed, the order for the article in the logistics warehouse placed by the terminal of each department is approved by the terminal of the head office, only the order for the article in the logistics warehouse placed by the terminal of each department and approved by the terminal of the head office is accepted by the terminal of the logistics warehouse, and accordingly delivery information of the article delivered from the logistics warehouse is registered in the database as the inventory information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
