<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a receiving terminal to display a content in a form suitable to the receiving state of media in display of the content consisting of various media such as transferred image, voice, static image, and text. <P>SOLUTION: A plurality of pieces of layout information for determining at least one display layout of media are transmitted on a transmitting side. On a receiving side, the layout information transmitted from the transmitting side is received, the media constituting the layout information is received, one information is selected from the plurality of different pieces of layout information based on the receiving state of the media, and the media is reproduced by use of the selected layout information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
