<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-sensitive lithographic printing plate, which enables image recording by infrared-ray scanning exposure based on digital data and has excellent on-press developability, high resistance to scumming and high printing durability. <P>SOLUTION: The heat-sensitive lithographic printing plate has, on a support having a hydrophilic surface, an image forming layer containing a microcapsule enclosing a hydrophobic compound having a reactive group, a photothermal converting agent and a water-soluble compound having a reactive group capable of reacting with a hydrophobic compound outside the microcapsule. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
