<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new nosing processing machine capable of cutting and processing a gutter for embedding a non-slip or a fluorescent screen easily and accurately at any desired position of a stair nosing in a dark place without excessively relying upon worker's skill. <P>SOLUTION: This is a nosing processing machine for forming a gutter at the nosing of a stair 1 in parallel to its front end edge (11), which is equipped with a rooter (3) for cutting and processing gutters, a guide jig (4) for guiding the movement in a lateral direction of the rooter (3) and a dust collector for removing chips resulted from the cutting and processing. And the guide jig (4) has an absorber (5) for absorbing and fixing the jig to the surface of stair, and the position of the guide jig (4) is fixed as the absorber (5) is sucked to the surface of the stair (1) by the discharged pressure of a compressor of the dust collector. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
