PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner having excellent light resistance in addition to stability of a charged state, environmental stability, hot storage stability, colorability, sharpness, and transparency. SOLUTION: In the electrostatic charge image developing toner comprising electrostatic charge image developing toner particles comprised of at least a binder resin, a colorant, and a charge control agent, and an external additive, an aluminum salt compound of an aromatic hydroxycarboxylic acid is contained as the charge control agent, and shape factors SF-1 and SF-2 measured with an image analysis device are 150≤SF-1≤170 and 135≤SF-2≤160, respectively.
