PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a radical-polymerizable resin composition capable of retaining excellent flowability as long as required at the initial stage of thermocompression molding and of hardening rapidly thereafter for the completion of molding in a short molding cycle, with the coloring of its hardened matter well controlled. SOLUTION: This radical-polymerizable resin composition for the thermocompression molding is for use in a compression molding process at≥100°C, and essentially contains a radical-polymerizable resin, a hardener having a 10-hour half-life temperature of 70-105°C, and an N-oxyl compound.
