PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a satellite broadcast receiving converter capable of suppressing instantaneous fluctuation of an oscillation frequency of a dielectric resonator which is caused by a change in environmental temperature. SOLUTION: A frame 5 made of a metal plate is housed and held inside a housing 9 having a hollow structure and being made of a synthetic resin, and an opening of the housing 9 is sealed with a hermetically sealing cover 47. Waveguides 1, 2 are supported in the frame 5, and a dielectric resonator 42 and an OSC cover 44 for covering it are mounted on a component mounting surface of a first circuit board 6 fixed inside the frame 5. The frame 5 is sealed with a shield cover 45, a plurality of second rubber sheets 46 are bonded on the external surface of the shield cover 45, and the shield cover 45 made to face the hermetically sealing cover 47 via these second rubber sheets 46.
