PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wood plate fitting structure that induces no entry of rainwater or the like by its simplified structure and can be used entirely and sufficiently. SOLUTION: A groove 3 is formed on the side surface 2a of the wood plate 2 in a vertical direction, and a notch 4 is partly provided from the groove 3 to the rear surface 1a of a box. Ribs 5a and 5d supporting the wood plate is provided on the inside of the rear surface 1a of the box, and projections 5c are provided on the ribs 5a and 5d in a manner to face the notch 4.
