PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of construction days and building construction costs by rationalizing form construction work and internal and external facing work, to suppress internal dew condensation, and to bring about energy savings, in terms of a reinforcing concrete wall. SOLUTION: A wall form is composed of an outside wall panel 2 wherein a cement plate 2a and a heat insulating layer 2b of a synthetic resin foam are laminated together, and an inside wall panel 1 wherein a heat insulating layer 1b of a synthetic resin foam and a panel 1a for a wooden structure are integrally laminated via a moistureproof plastic film 1c, both the sides of which are coated with an adhesive; concrete is placed between the heat insulating layer 2b of the outside wall panel and the heat insulating layer 1b of the inside wall panel; and the outside wall panel 2 and the inside wall panel 1 are integrated with the concrete wall 3, so that a double-sided heat insulating concrete wall can be constructed.
