PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coupling device of a wall panel, firmly coupling the wall panels to each other without looseness, and having excellent sound proof effect and theft preventing effect. SOLUTION: This coupling device connects two wall panels 1, 2 at the side end parts thereof to each other. The side end parts of two wall panels 1, 2 are provided with projecting parts A, B formed to engage in connection. An inclined plate 3 inclined from the surface parallel to the intermediate plane C between the surface and back of the wall panels 1, 2 toward the connecting part to the wall panel 1 and provided with a hole part 3a is fitted to the projecting part A of the wall panel 1, and an inclined plate 4 opposite substantially parallel to the inclined plate 3 and provided with a screw part 4a is fitted to the projecting part B of the wall panel 2.
