PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an alcohol sterilization preparation which is useful for the skin of human hand fingers engaged in food production or for a machine/tool of food production, has excellent sterilization effect, hardly causes hand roughness, has no fear of problem in admixture in a food and is excellently safe. SOLUTION: The alcohol sterilization preparation comprises 40-70% ethanol based on the whole preparation, hyaluronic acid or its salt and a fatty acid monoglyceride containing a 8-12C fatty acid residue.
