PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shampoo composition which comprises one or more ester quads, one or more cationized resins and one or more activators selected from anion activators and / or amphoteric activators and has an improved conditioning effect without inhibiting bubbling. SOLUTION: This shampoo composition is characterized by comprising (a) one or more ester quads, (b) one or more cationized resins and (c) one or more activators selected from anion activators and / or amphoteric activators.
