PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new method for producing nitrogen-containing cyclic alkyl fluorides. SOLUTION: The method for producing the nitrogen-containing cyclic alkyl fluorides represented by general formula (3) (wherein, R5 denotes an alkyl group, an aryl group or an aralkyl group which is substituted or unsubstituted; and m and n denote each independently an integer of 1-3) is carried out as follows. Compounds represented by general formula (1) (wherein, R1, R2, R3 and R4 denote each a 1-6C alkyl group or an aryl group and may be each the same or different; and R1 and R3 may be bound to constitute a 5-membered ring or a 6-membered ring or R1 and R2 or R3 and R4 may be bound to constitute a ring) are reacted with nitrogen-containing cyclic alkyl alcohols represented by formula (2) (wherein, R5 denotes an alkyl group, an aryl group or an aralkyl group which is substituted or unsubstituted; and m and n denote each independently an integer of 1-3).
