<p>The device is assembled of three parts. A lower part, designed as a shaft bent into a right angle in the lower area is fitted with a semi-circular plate (c) at its outer end for being joined to the wall of a room. The upper part is designed as a short shaft with an opening (a) at the top for joining the spring fastener attached to the collar of a dog. Both parts are joined by an elastic segment made of a helical spring (b), avoiding a sudden jerk of the shaft when the dog tries to run away.</p> |
