<p>A wheel rim (1) is painted and filled with concrete (5) in order to serve as a base for the scratching post (2), which is anchored in the concrete (5) with transversally inserted bolts (6). The tree trunk (2) is debarked, coated with a wood preservative, and partly covered with a sisal rope (3). A sleeping basket (4) is attached to one of the more horizontal branches. One of the more vertical branches is used for joining the device (2) to the ceiling (7) with suitable fastening elements (8).</p> |
