Filling station system (10) has a number of fuel pumps (1-3), each with input and output units of different types some of which are not suitable for connection to a bus system. To enable connection of all the pumps to a bus (30) a converter unit (5) is provided for those pumps that have an interface that is not suitable for direct connection to the bus.
