PURPOSE: A device for spraying paint at a specific ratio and variable specific amount is provided to mix a plurality of paints having various colors to obtain desired colors without undergoing manual work, thereby helping to conduct a color mixing process and a paint spraying process in a more convenient and simpler way. CONSTITUTION: The device for spraying paint at a specific ratio and variable specific amount comprises: a plurality of paint pumps(14a,14b) which intakes various paints through each intake unit(12a,12b) from various paint containers(10a,10b); a plurality of metering pumps(18a,18b) for supplying the paints contained in the paint pumps at a certain ratio by RPM control; various submotors(20a,20b) for controlling the RPM of the metering pumps; a manifold(26) for collecting the paints supplied from various metering pumps; a static mixer(30) installed in the outlet area of the manifold and comprising a leftward element and a rightward element in its inside; and a sprayer comprising a spray gun(40) for spraying the mixed paint in the static mixer to a desired surface. |
