PURPOSE: An apparatus for forming flange on panel using rotary cam is provided, which prevents interference caused when cam shaft is rotated to clear undercut after forming a panel. CONSTITUTION: In an apparatus for forming a flange on panel, the apparatus comprising a base(10), a rotary cam shaft(20) slidingly rested on the base, a housing steel(40) into which the rotary cam shaft is assembled, a steel for performing flange operation by pressing an operation part formed on the rotary cam shaft on the panel(9) to be operated, and a driving cylinder(50) for rotating the rotary cam shaft, the panel flange apparatus using rotary cam comprises a rotary cam shaft which is mounted on the rod so that the rotary cam shaft is rotated according to operation of the driving cylinder with being connected to rod of the driving cylinder; a supporting cam shaft(30) on one side surface of which a long hole(31) is formed so that the long hole is caught on a projecting catching member(53) of the rotary cam shaft, and on the bottom of which a bent long hole(33) is formed; and an undercut pin member(35) which is connected to the base in such a manner that the undercut pin member is inserted into the bent long hole of the supporting cam shaft so that the supporting cam shaft is moved to the rotary cam shaft side along the bent surface of the bent long hole during interlocking rotation of the supporting cam shaft according to rotation of the rotary cam shaft.
