PURPOSE: A system for arranging the used book transactions of each university using the Internet is provided to realize a direct transaction between a buyer and a seller in a campus of each university by constructing a database of each university in an arrangement site, and offering correctly and quickly information for students. CONSTITUTION: The buyer and the seller wanting the used book transaction input an ID, a password, a university name, a mobile phone number, and an e-mail address after registering to the arrangement site as a member. The seller inputs/registers the information and a status of the book to the arrangement site. If the buyer makes reservations for the desired book after searching a desired book, a reservation fact is transmitted to the seller through a short message of a mobile phone and an e-mail. The seller confirms a purchase intention of the buyer through the short message and the e-mail, and the buyer and the seller confirm contact information of a counterpart after paying a fee. The seller or the buyer completes the transaction after determining a place and time for the book transaction.
