PURPOSE: Provided is a plate of an electro-osmosis type filter press having an electrode plate function which uses the plate itself as the electrode plate and is able to lengthen the life span thereof. CONSTITUTION: The plate(1) of an electro-osmosis type filter press(4) is characterized in that it is molded by the mixture of a molten synthetic resin(3) such as polypropylene, polystyrene, acrylonitrile butadiene styrene and polyethylene and non-ferrous metal fine fiber(2) having good conductivity such as Cu, stainless steel, nickel, platinum, graphite and titanium.
