PURPOSE: An LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) module is provided to improve darkness of a light input portion of a light guide plate. CONSTITUTION: An LCD module includes a light guide plate(204), a lamp(222), and a lamp holder(226a,226b). The lamp is located at the side of the light guide plate. The lamp holder surrounds both edges of the lamp. The lamp holder is made of transparent material. The length of the lamp holder is less than 6mm. The lamp includes electrodes(228) made of niobium. The light guide plate includes dispersion patterns(229) formed on the edge thereof adjacent to the lamp, and a refraction pattern formed between the dispersion patterns. The LCD module further includes a support main(230), a stopper(232) projected from the side of the light guide plate, and a stopper groove(234) into which the stopper is inserted.
