PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily set a passage location of a body to be inspected to a head at a location appropriate for the body to be inspected. SOLUTION: A passage location determining means 60 determines whether the passage location of the body to be inspected 1 to the head 30 is appropriate or not on the basis of an output signal of a wave detection part 52. A deviation detecting means 61 determines deviations between a present passage location and an appropriate passage location when it is determined by the passage location determining means 60 that the passage location of the body to be inspected is not appropriate. A location information reporting means 62 reports the results of determination of the passage location determining means 60 and the deviations detected by the deviation detecting means 61.
