PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a turbo machine which includes a casing, a rotor and a plurality of cooled ring segments fitted between the casing and the rotor, and at least partly improves inconveniences of the turbo machine caused in a conventional technology. SOLUTION: In the turbo machine (100) including a casing (102), a rotor (4) and a plurality of cooled ring segments (108) fitted between the casing and the rotor, each ring segment includes a main cooling cavity (162) and is fitted to the casing by a fixing device (132). The fixing devices (132) are located in a substantially radial manner, and include set screws (134) to set each ring segment to the casing.
