PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner which permits low temperature fixation irrespective of the configuration of a fixer, has excellent offset resistance, stably realizes a high development performance and has excellent preservation. SOLUTION: The toner contains at least a binder resin and a colorant and the binder resin contains one kind or more resins selected from a group containing a mixture 1 of vinyl resins having functional groups reacting with glycidyl groups and the glycidyl groups, a vinyl resin 2 having functional groups reacting with glycidyl groups and the glycidyl groups and a vinyl resin 3 in which the functional groups reacting with glycidyl groups and the glycidyl groups are reacted with each other.
