PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate restrictions on a resolution of a video stream such as a bus bandwidth. SOLUTION: A method includes a step of configuring a plurality of second time-series frames, each of which has a second resolution, by performing downsampling on each of a plurality of first time-series frames each of which has a first resolution, and includes a step of generating an image by combining the plurality of second time-series frames. A system has a memory for storing a plurality of first pixel values corresponding to the plurality of time-series frames, and a processor which is programmed to generate, by using the plurality of first pixel values, a plurality of second pixel values corresponding to images which are higher in resolution than any of the plurality of time-series frames.
