PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a tracing system having high efficiency and tracing accuracy. SOLUTION: Even while a victim apparatus 10 is delivered with an attack of service interference by an attacker apparatus 40 via each of routers 20<SB>1</SB>-20<SB>5</SB>, a requester side tracing apparatus 50 transmits a trace request message to a router apparatus 20<SB>i</SB>having a responder side tracing apparatus 22, and the responder side tracing apparatus conducts a tracing system selected from one or more kinds of passive tracing systems and one or more kinds of active tracing systems. As described above, since tracing is conducted by changing over the passive tracing systems and the active tracing systems, a tracing system having efficiency and high tracing accuracy can be realized.
