PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To load a cargo on a load handling vehicle with a drive part which allows the load to be loaded thereon and unloaded therefrom. SOLUTION: This packer container 1 comprises a container body 2, a packer 3, a waste discharge member 4, a hydraulic apparatus 5, and an operating part 6. A hook receiving part 2g is fixed to a front wall 2b so that the hook of the load handling vehicle with a hook member can be locked to the hook receiving part 2g so as to allow the loading and unloading of the packer container 1. A normally used hook roll R or arm roll R can be locked to the hook receiving part 2g, and a support leg 2h and a pair of right and left wheels 30c are installed on the rear surface of a bottom plate 2a at the front and rear sides. In addition, a packer open/close drive part is connected to a lock device for detachably locking the packer to the lower part of the container body 2 to relieve an impact applied to the packer, particularly, the drive part when the packer container 1 is loaded on and unloaded from the load handling vehicle so as to increase durability.
