PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas barrier synthetic resin-made container manufacturing device capable of uniformly determining whether or not a PET bottle 1, on which a DLC (Diamond-Like Carbon) film 5 is deposited, has a desired gas barrier property in a film deposition state in a film deposition apparatus 10.
