PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a header structure of a heat exchanger capable of miniaturizing a header by making split members composing the header, out of a plate material, and shortening intervals of cylindrical parts arranged in parallel. SOLUTION: The first and second split members 1A, 1B composing the header 1 are made out of the plate material 3, the plate material 3 of at least the first split member 1A has a plurality of circular arc parts 4 composing a part of the plurality of cylindrical parts 2 for circulating the heat exchanging medium, and a boundary wall 5 mounted between the circular arc parts 4 and joined to the second split member 1B at its tip face, and a rising part 5b from the tip face 5a of the boundary wall 5 is throttled to have a width W2 smaller than a width W1 of the tip face 5a, whereby the total dimension in the direction of parallel arrangement of the cylindrical parts 2, of the header 1 is shortened, and the heat exchanger can be miniaturized.
